ShenYang HenYi Enterprise (UK) Ltd. was incorporated in 2019 with Companies House registration number 11950663. We are a fast-growing company specialising in healthcare and medical innovations, device distribution, and strategic services for new market entry.

The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shenyang Henyi Enterprise Co., Ltd.. As the UK importer, ShenYang HenYi Enterprise (UK) Ltd. has obtained UKCA certification and approval from the UK medical device regulatory authority, MHRA, for five product models (totaling 14 specifications) on May 30, 2025:

  • 12330 – Mobile patient lifting system, electrically-powered
  • 45678 – Mobile patient lifting system, manual
  • 34870 – Basic electric hospital bed
  • 46365 – Basic electric home bed
  • 34873 – Manual hospital bed

After obtaining these certifications, electric medical beds and patient lift systems produced by Shenyang Henyi Enterprise Co.,Ltd can be imported and sold in the UK market through Shenyang Henyi Enterprise(uk)Ltd.

Precisely put, Henyi (uk) Ltd will be responsible for managing sales to diverse customer segments in the United Kingdom on behalf of Shenyang Hengyi Enterprise Co., Ltd, including: end-user retailers; wholesale agents for medical equipment companies; and official institutions such as hospitals and nursing homes. It will also handle customs clearance procedures, transportation, warehousing, and after-sales services.
