Ms. Xiaoxia Jin is a senior business leader representing HenYi Group in the United Kingdom as the Sole Representative of the company. HenYi Group is a globally recognized business specializing in equipment manufacturing and healthcare technology, with operations in markets such as the USA, China, Spain, and France.
Since joining HenYi Group in 1997 as part of the leadership team, Ms. Jin has played a pivotal role in the company’s global expansion. In 2018, she led the creation of the group’s healthcare division, which focuses on advanced respiratory medical products and innovations in healthcare technology.
To align with the UK’s Life Science Vision and explore opportunities in the healthcare sector, Ms. Jin successfully established HenYi UK as a branch of HenYi Group. This UK-based subsidiary operates exclusively in healthcare technology, mirroring the parent company’s business focus. Ms. Jin has supervised the branch since its inception, ensuring its success in building business relationships with UK firms and contributing to HenYi Group’s international growth.
Importantly, HenYi UK is wholly owned by HenYi Group and adheres to all compliance requirements under UK immigration law. Ms. Jin does not own or control any majority stake in HenYi Group or its UK branch. Instead, her role is solely as a representative and supervisor of the UK operations, fulfilling the responsibilities of the Sole Representative visa category.
Under Ms. Jin’s leadership, HenYi UK has made significant progress in the UK market, fostering partnerships and generating business opportunities in healthcare technology while strengthening ties between the UK and Chinese markets.

ShenYang HenYi Enterprise (UK) Ltd. was incorporated in 2019 with Companies House registration number 11950663. We are a fast-growing company specialising in healthcare and medical innovations, device distribution, and strategic services for new market entry.

The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shenyang Henyi Enterprise Co., Ltd.. As the UK importer, ShenYang HenYi Enterprise (UK) Ltd. has obtained UKCA certification and approval from the UK medical device regulatory authority, MHRA, for five product models (totaling 14 specifications) on May 30, 2025:

  • 12330 – Mobile patient lifting system, electrically-powered
  • 45678 – Mobile patient lifting system, manual
  • 34870 – Basic electric hospital bed
  • 46365 – Basic electric home bed
  • 34873 – Manual hospital bed

After obtaining these certifications, electric medical beds and patient lift systems produced by Shenyang Henyi Enterprise Co.,Ltd can be imported and sold in the UK market through Shenyang Henyi Enterprise(uk)Ltd.

Precisely put, Henyi (uk) Ltd will be responsible for managing sales to diverse customer segments in the United Kingdom on behalf of Shenyang Hengyi Enterprise Co., Ltd, including: end-user retailers; wholesale agents for medical equipment companies; and official institutions such as hospitals and nursing homes. It will also handle customs clearance procedures, transportation, warehousing, and after-sales services.

Shenyang Henyi Enterprise Co., Lt is vigorously advancing the process of introducing its products into the UK market. In June 2025, Shenyang Henyi Enterprise Co., Ltd invested tens of thousands of pounds in Shenyang Henyi Enterprise (UK) Ltd to purchase  electric medical beds and patient lifts produced by Shenyang Henyi Enterprise co.,Ltd.We are delighted to see these medical devices being sold directly to end consumers through Shenyang Henyi Enterprise (UK) Ltd’s Amazon store and official company website, bringing positive improvements to the care of elderly and patients in UK households.After years of market research, analysis, and collaboration, Shenyang Henyi Enterprise (UK) Ltd has established close partnerships with several renowned UK medical device companies, hospitals, and nursing homes.
